Asian Food : Pork, Bell Pepper, and Baby Corn Sweet and Sour Saute.

As you can see on the pictures, the sun was beaming in Paris yesterday, and it made me feel good. I was up for something spicy, sweet and sour, and particularly colorful. So here is a quick and simple recipe with a ginger twist to cheer you up.

Ingredients:
For 2 servings
- 180g chopped pork
- 1 red bell pepper
- 6 baby corns
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 garlic gloves
- sunflower oil
- 1 tp ground ginger or chopped fresh ginger

For the sweet and sour sauce
- 6 tb ketchup
- 4 tb soy sauce
- 2 tb granulated sugar

Directions:
1) Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the garlic with the pork together.
2) Quickly add the onion, the bell pepper and the baby corns. Stir.
3) When the pork and bell pepper are almost done, incorporate all the ingredients for the sweet and sour sauce + the ginger, and stir. Cover for 5min so that the sauce can caramelize .
4) Serve with thai rice.

Enjoy,
B.
